Refund policy

Returns — 14 Days

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and any loss in value will be deducted from your refund if an item isn't returned in its original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll work with you on a replacement or refund — no return shipping cost to you in this case.

Vintage and Repurposed Pieces

Because many of our pieces are made from vintage quilts and reclaimed textiles, slight variations — fading, small marks, soft creases, or other signs of age — are part of what makes each one one-of-a-kind. These characteristics are not considered defects.
